Tickets: Opportunities to purchase Slayer concert tickets before they go on sale to the general public. Official Contest Rules for Slatanic Wehrmacht Giveaways By entering or participating in Slatanic Wehrmacht Giveaways (the "Contest") you agree to all of the following rules: How to Enter: No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest. The Contest will be announced on the Slatanic Wehrmacht web site, www.slatanicwehrmacht.com and in certain cases members will receive e-mail announcements of the Contest if they request such announcements. Members of Slatanic Wehrmacht may enter the Contest by submitting an email with their name, email address, and home address, creative submission to contests@slatanicwehrmacht.com. All non-members may enter by mailing a 3" x 5" postcard containing the individual Contest name or number, which must be exact, your name, home address and telephone number or e-mail address, date of birth and creative submission to Slatanic Wehrmacht Contests c/o Musictoday P.O. Box 1873 Charlottesville, VA 22903. Any error or omission in the information on the card will void the entry. Limit one entry per person each month. By participating, all entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules. Eligibility: The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 16 years of age or older. Proof of age may be required. Employees of Musictoday, Inc. ("Musictoday") and their respective affiliates and members of such employees' immediate families or households are ineligible to participate in the Contest. Entry Deadlines: All mail-in entries for the Contest must be postmarked on or before midnight on the date set forth for each specific Contest. For mail-in entries, entry must be postmarked by seven (7) days before last day of each month, as winners will be selected on the first business day following the first day of the month. Slatanic Wehrmacht member email entries must be made online by the last business day of each month. Winner Selection and Notification: The odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. Neither Slatanic Wehrmacht email entries nor mail-in entries shall be given any preference over the other in the conduct of the drawing. All drawings will be conducted under the supervision of Musictoday. The decisions of Sanctuary Group Management and Musictoday are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest. Any attempted second entry shall be discarded and the entrant may be disqualified from the Contest at the discretion of Sanctuary Group Management and Musictoday. Entries are the property of Sanctuary Group Management and Musictoday and will not be returned. Entrants need not be present at the drawing to win a prize. Winners will be notified by email. If a winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made, or if an entrant is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected. Winners will be selected from all eligible entries received. Winner will be required to sign and return a release and affidavit before claiming prize. Prizes: The announcement of each Contest will include information on the approximate retail value of each award and the total value of all awards being offered in the Contest. Winners must claim prizes within 60 days of notification. General Conditions: Any Contest is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable laws, including, without limitation, federal, state, and local laws and regulations. In the event of non-compliance by any winner with the official rules of the Contest, an alternate winner may be selected. Prizes are non-transferable. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in a disqualification of the winner and an alternate winner may be selected. All prizes will be awarded. Except where legally prohibited, acceptance of any prize constitutes permission for Sanctuary Group Management and Musictoday to use each winner's name, photograph, likeness, voice, address (city and state) and testimonials, in printed, broadcast or other media, whether now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, in any manner it deems appropriate in connection with promoting this or any other Contest and/or promotion sponsored by it, without further compensation to the winner. Releases: By participating, entrants agree that Sanctuary Group Management and Musictoday, and those involved in the development, production (including prize suppliers), implementation and distribution of the Contest and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service providers, and agencies, and their directors, officers, agents, employees, attorneys, and any other person or entity associated with such entities and/or promotion (hereinafter collectively called "Promoters"), shall not be liable for any claims, damages, losses or injuries, including any third party claims, arising from or relating to, in whole or in part, the Contest, including entry and participation in the Contest and acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prizes. Promoters shall not be liable for entries that are delayed, lost, misdirected, misdelivered, marked postage-due, illegible, mutilated, incorrect or incomplete, and such entries will not be eligible for the Contest. Promoters shall not be responsible for any technical malfunctions of any telephone network, computer on-line system, computer equipment or software; program malfunctions or other failures; delayed computer transactions or network connections; any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic; or any combination thereof, including, without limitation, any injury or damage to the computer of any entrant or any other person related to or resulting from downloading any part of the Contest. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the Contest will be ineligible for prizes and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Danica Patrick Racing and Musictoday reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend a Contest should viruses, bugs or other causes beyond its control corrupt the proper administration or security of a Contest. Sanctuary Group Management and Musictoday reserves the right to modify the rules of the Contest in any way or at any time, as long as reasonable notice is given. All taxes on any prize won are the sole responsibility of each winner, including, without limitation, any federal, state, or local taxes, which may be deemed applicable in such winner's jurisdiction of residence. Each Contest shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States of America. By participating in this contest, entrants agree that the state and federal courts located in the Commonwealth of Virginia shall have jurisdiction over any dispute or litigation arising from or relating to this Contest and that venue for such litigation shall be only in the Circuit Court for the City of Richmond, Virginia, or the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, Richmond Division, or, at the election of RLM, any dispute or claim of any kind will be resolved by binding arbitration, such arbitration to be held in Charlottesville, Virginia, and shall be held in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Rules/Winners List: A list of winner's names may be posted on the web of each drawing. PLUS, members receive a discount on all merchandise at the Official Slayer Store! back to top Slatanic Wehrmacht Newsletters: Slatanic soldiers will be the first to receive important notices and regular email updates from the Slatanic Wehrmacht community. back to top Ticket Statement When touring, Slayer will be selling an allotment of each North American show's tickets directly to their Fan Community members, instead of through a standard ticket distributor. Members of the Slatanic Wehrmacht will be offered these direct sale tickets in advance of the general public. Tickets purchased through The Slatanic Wehrmacht are limited to 4 tickets per member, per show. Seats in indoor venues that are reserved by The Slatanic Wehrmacht for its members are spread over various sections around the arena. As more and more members order tickets, there is a strong probability that some members will be allocated seats to the sides or the rear of the stage, as well as in upper tier or upper bowl sections. Ticket brokers may not join The Slatanic Wehrmacht, and if a member is found selling tickets for profit, his/her membership will be voided without return of the membership fee. All ticket orders must be placed in the name of the corresponding fan community member. If we discover that an order has been placed in another person's name, we reserve the right to revoke the membership and cancel the ticket order. If you are found to be, or we in good faith believe you are reselling, trading or brokering tickets for profit that you purchased through this site, we may at our sole discretion cancel all or part of your ticket order and all or part of other pending orders in your name and/or put all or part of your orders and all or part of your other pending orders in your name at will-call for pick-up only by you. If we cancel your tickets, a refund of the total face value of the tickets minus a $7 per ticket processing fee will be issued to the card used to place the order. No other service, processing or shipping fees charged at the time of purchase will be refunded. If tickets are placed at will-call, only the person whose name is on the order can pick them up. No will-call name changes will be allowed. We reserve the right to investigate, cancel or will call all orders we in good faith suspect to be in violation of this policy. We are the final authority on the interpretation of the rules in this policy. As part of our efforts to keep brokers out, we will specify guidelines for ticket purchasing on the web site, and we will email members ahead of time as to any changes to these policies. While we can't absolutely guarantee that you will get tickets, in most cases all requests made with a valid credit card will be filled. As our member base continues to grow, the likelihood of being declined will increase. How do I know if my order went through? You should receive a confirmation email shortly after you complete your order. You can also check your ticket status directly within the fan Community web site (dates and times will be posted). Log onto the web site and visit the Slayer Ticketing section where you can access your ticket request information by clicking on "check ticket status". Will I get better seats through The Slatanic Wehrmacht Ticketing than through other ticket outlets? We have reserved what we consider good seats for Slatanic Wehrmacht members. While not everyone will be placed in the first few rows from the stage, we have made every attempt to reserve seats with a decent view. Due to day of show floor and equipment changes, we cannot guarantee that all seats will have an unobstructed view. With regards to ticketing, the main goal is to get all Slatanic Wehrmacht members in the door. How are seats assigned? Seats are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. We assign the best available seats to each order as it is placed. How many tickets can I request? Four tickets per member per show. If I order 4 tickets for a single concert will the seats be together? Yes. What if I have a friend who is also a member and we both order tickets, can we sit together? Sorry, we can't place multiple groups together, but in most cases, you will be seated next to other Slatanic Wehrmacht members. How do I know where my seats are? Members will not have access to seating grids on The Slatanic Wehrmacht. Please consult the venue website. When is my card charged? Immediately. Your card will be charged as soon as you submit your order. How do I cancel or change my order? All ticket sales are final. No cancellations or returns or exchanges. When can I expect my tickets to be delivered? We typically ship tickets approximately 2 weeks prior to the show date. If you have not received your tickets one week prior to the show date, please contact our Customer Service department at slayertix@musictoday.com. On the day your tickets ship out, you will receive email from us with your tracking number and specific delivery date. We now offer USPS priority and USPS 1st Class What if nobody is there to receive the package? Due to the value of the packages we send out and to ensure successful delivery to you, please make sure you give us an address where you will be during daytime hours. Many of our customer's have their tickets shipped to their business address for this reason. If three attempts are made without success, the tickets will be returned to us. We can resend them to you for an additional ship fee of $9.00. If we need to overnight the tickets in order for you to have them by the time of the show, that fee increases to $12.00. How can I track my package? When your package is shipped, we will send you an e-mail with the tracking number. You can click on that number and it will take you to the carrier's website for tracking. What if I need to change my shipping address? We are able to change your shipping address as long as your tickets have not already been shipped. Please email slayertix@musictoday.com to request an address change. If you need to change your address once the tickets have been shipped there will be an additional $10 charge. Where should I send my tickets? We recommend sending your tickets to your place of business if you work during the day. Please remember that UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, Our carrier guarantees delivery to a business by 4:30 P.M. and to a residence by 7:00 P.M, so please keep this information in mind when choosing your shipping address. back to top |
